PLAN A VISIT

We want to help make your first experience at FGAG a great one!

What CAN I EXPECT?

How long is the service?

Our Sunday Service is from 11 am – 12.30pm. We have free snacks, tea and coffee available at all times. You may feel free to stick around after the service for a time of fellowship. On the first Sunday of every month we have fellowship lunch in the cafeteria downstairs.

What happens on a regular Sunday morning?

Our Sunday Service begins with a time of worship (with contemporary worship songs), in which we invite you to participate in without any pressure, fear or manipulation. After a brief time of intermission where we greet one another, one of our pastors will deliver a message on the Word of God (This is done in order to help us apply Scripture to our lives). We then usually close with a short time of prayer and worship. On the first Sunday of every month we have fellowship lunch together.

Are there any programs for children?

We believe that the message of God’s love for us through his son Jesus Christ is for all ages. We currently have an elementary Sunday school for Children of age 6-11 and a youth ministry for young adults.

What should I do during the offering time?

At every Sunday gathering we have a time for people to consider giving to Full Gospel Assembly Of God. If you are new here, please do not feel obligated to give anything unless your heart leads you to. The offering goes towards serving various local and overseas missionary work, staff salaries and other costs associated with running a church service such as equipment and supplies.

What should I do during Communion?

We practice Communion on the last Sunday of the month. Communion is a time for us as a Christian community to remember what Christ has done for us on the cross. During this time the congregation comes forward to receive bread and wine (grape juice) which reflects Christ's last supper with his disciples before his death and resurrection. One of the pastors will give clear direction as to how and who should take it at the beginning of every communion session.

How should I dress?

You will fit in whether you are dressed casually or in a suit.
